Our pick for really good coffee.

Small, thoughtful, and serious about what’s in the cup. This is the place to put your laptop away, sit, and enjoy your coffee.

Your everyday grocery store.

If you’re new to Texas: yes, people really do have feelings about H-E-B. There are several locations within an easy drive of The Waverly. For a longer stay, this will probably become your default for groceries and household basics.

Pullman Market

When grocery shopping becomes an outing.

At the Pearl, Pullman combines a specialty grocery with a bakery, butcher, coffee, and places to eat and drink. Go for nicer ingredients, prepared food, or something good for dinner at home.
