About this place

A quiet, pet-friendly home base one block from Woodlawn Lake. This renovated one-bedroom side of the duplex is set up for longer stays, with fiber WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, off-street parking, and a private fenced backyard.

Work during the day. Walk the lake with your dog. Come home and actually relax. Downtown, the major hospitals, and most of San Antonio are about 10 to 15 minutes away.

The bedroom has a queen bed, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine, and central air and heat keep it comfortable all year. Fiber WiFi handles video calls and streaming without interruption, and the desk gives you a real place to work.

The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer and dryer are in the unit, and we leave starter household supplies, so you can settle in on day one. After a long shift, the living room and smart TV make for an easy evening in.

The whole unit and the fenced backyard are yours alone. The driveway, front porch, and front yard are shared. Self check-in with a keyless lock means you can arrive at any hour, and dedicated off-street parking is included.

Stays of 30 days or longer need a signed lease, and corporate leases are welcome. One pet is welcome, or two subject to approval. A pet fee applies for each pet. The home is meant for longer stays, not parties or weekend visits.
