A quiet, pet-friendly home one block from Woodlawn Lake, set up for comfortable stays of 30 days or more. This recently renovated one-bedroom side of the duplex has fiber WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, private off-street parking, and a fully fenced backyard.

It’s a short drive to downtown San Antonio, the major hospitals, and major employers.

The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine for better sleep, and central air and heat keep the home comfortable all year. Fiber WiFi handles video calls, streaming, and remote work, and the desk gives you a place to focus.

The kitchen has butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for everyday cooking. The washer and dryer are in the unit, and there’s plenty of room to unpack and settle in instead of living out of a suitcase.

The fenced backyard gives you and your dog your own outdoor space, and the lake is a block away for walks. In the evening, the living room’s comfortable seating and smart TV make for an easy night in.

The whole unit and the backyard are private. The driveway, front porch, and front yard are shared with the neighboring unit. Self check-in with keyless entry lets you arrive on your own schedule, and dedicated off-street parking is included.

Stays of 30 days or longer need a signed lease, and corporate leases are welcome. One pet is welcome, or two subject to approval. A pet fee applies for each pet. The home is meant for longer stays, not parties or weekend visits.
